Currently we are seeking a high energy individual who:
has a proven track record managing a high volume of customer accounts.
Can follow company protocol accordingly.
Research and respond to customer claims, disputes and requests and proactively pursue collection of amounts due from our customer based on applicable credit terms.
Escalate customer disputes internally according to company collection guidelines.
Provide prompt follow up for quick resolution.
Requirements include the following:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word (must be able to compose emails and letters grammatically correct) Ability to work in a heavy deadline-oriented environment.
Effective verbal & written communication skills Ability to apply analytical data to customer account review process.
Capable of working independently and taking initiative 3rd party portal invoice processing i.

(preferred) 2 years of commercial, or consumer collection experience (preferred) Willing to train candidates with prior experience in banking, billing, A/P, A/R.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
