We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our internal users.
As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems - Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies (GPO) - Provide training to users on basic IT procedures and best practices Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role - Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems - Familiarity with desktop support tools and technologies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Note:
Reliable transportation required.
This is Monday- Friday 9am-5pm position.
